Our Quality Control Plan follows the principles inherent in ISO 9000 which state that Quality Control is the responsibility of every employee; therefore, every employee is charged with successfully completing their duties while continuously improving existing processes.  Experience has proven this approach ensures employee accountability; improves task efficiencies; increases customer satisfaction; and promotes cost control.

Our Quality Control Plan signifies a dedication to controlling the quality and timeliness of our work output.  Many of our support personnel perform tasking on-site in a largely independent role.  Our objective is to establish and execute an interactive approach that identifies potential work performance problems early and offers quick and direct corrective action as needed.  This Plan provides the structure, processes, and procedures necessary for the delivery of high-quality products and services without burdening the customer with delays or additional expense.
