An attorney and seasoned entrepreneur, Emily Sharp Rains is the founder of Rains Law Group, PLLC.  With a strong financial accounting background, Rains has successfully managed and financially directed a number of multi-million dollar companies through various growth stages and transitions.  Rains has represented over 1,500 entrepreneurs and investors in a wide variety of matters, including employee benefits, ESOPs, complex tax matters, securities, corporate governance and other corporate law related matters and real estate transactions.  Rains holds a J.D. and an LL.M in Taxation and is licensed in a number of states across the country. 

Rains is the founder of the Rains Group of Companies, the group consists of three companies that provide services designed to support and promote businesses with revenue potential between 2.5M and 50M, their operators, employees and investors.  Rains sits on the board of directors for five companies.
